I can no longer see Merchants in the App - What's up?

Please make sure your Axxess Card App is up to date! The latest app release versions:

Android - 1.4.54

Apple - 1.6.1

If you are still not seeing Merchants then please delete the App & reinstall. As with most Apps, sometimes it needs a jolt to register the update. 

If you are still unsuccessful, please let us know via email at support@axxesscard.com or thru Zendesk via our ticketing system & we will get back to you.

    I have android 1.2.7 and still can't see merchants.  I have logged in and out to see if that helps.  It does not.

    Hi Peter,

    Please try deleting the App & reinstalling it. As with most Apps, sometimes it needs a jolt to register the update.
