The most common issue that Axxess Merchants encounter is an error message that reads "Unauthorized." This occurs when the Axxess Merchant App or browser-based Axxess Merchant Terminal are unable to maintain a logged-in state, but your device is still displaying the Merchant App as though you are still logged in. Simply log out and log back in using your Merchant PIN, and functionality should be restored.

In the event that our office is closed, please confirm that your internet connection has not been interrupted, and try deleting & then reinstalling the Axxess Merchant App, as this will resolve most issues.
