If you have an Axxess iPod that is locked in single-app mode, making any changes to your Wi-Fi network that prevent it from connecting to the internet will render it unusable until it can be reconnected, which usually requires an Axxess representative to provide on-site support.
For this reason, if you plan to make any changes to your Wi-Fi network, we would very much appreciate it if you are able to give us advance notice so we can deactivate single-app mode.
Once we have done so, you can make any necessary changes to your network, and will be able to connect the device to your new Wi-Fi. At this point, we can re-enable single-app mode, and you can resume normal operation.
