If your Axxess Card is activated:
- Log out & log back in
- Delete the App & reinstall
- Update the Operating System in your phones settings
- Update your Axxess Card App (iOS 1.6.2 & Android 1.4.54)
- If using an Android, check for the most up to date version of the Play Store
If your Axxess Card is not activated:
- Create an account online or in the App in order to get your Card activated
If none of these options work, please contact us at support@axxesscard.com or through our website or App via our Zendesk ticketing system and one of our Agents will be able to help you.
