Cancel Your Subscription

If you have a membership that you subscribed to through the App or Google Play Store, you need to manage that subscription through them as that is purchase from Apple/Google, not from Axxess directly. Here are the steps (depending on your device) to cancel or manage your subscription:

Apple:

1. Go to the Settings App.
2. Tap your name, then “Subscriptions”.
3. From there tap the subscription you’d like to cancel and follow the instructions.

Google:

1. Open the Google Play app .
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription or prepaid plan you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.
